Geraint Lloyd Evans a Paedophile and former Police inspector is Jailed for just 30 Months for encouraging others to sexually assault a child

A ‘depraved’ former police inspector who led a double life encouraging internet paedophiles to sexually assault children was jailed today for 30 months.

Geraint Lloyd Evans, 48, was suspended and later sacked by South Wales Police after he admitted the charge against him.

The former inspector, who lived at addresses in Barry and Coychurch, Bridgend, was a highly respected officer commended for bravery.

But he was roundly condemned by a judge today who, jailing Evans, described him as having lived a ‘lie clothed in respectability’.

Evans admitted a single charge of encouraging others to sexually assault a child under 13, back in October.

He also admitted possessing 179 images of extreme pornography.

He was sentenced at Swansea Crown Court today with three others who were all guilty of an identical charge. Read More

Darren Deslandes Murder: How can our son's murderer have more human rights than we do?

Wintworth and Lurline Deslandes are desperate to confirm suspicions that Saturday Hassan - who shot their public schoolboy son Darren in the head after being thrown out of the family’s pub is a foreign national so they can ensure he is deported if he is released from jail. But the Home Office refuses to give them the information - to protect the killer’s privacy.

Sitting in her small suburban house, Lurline Deslandes turns the pages of the family’s photo album and points to a picture of her son Darren.

It shows a sweet-looking boy dressed in his blue uniform at his new school, looking pleased.

‘We were so proud of Darren that day,’ says his mother.

‘He was a bright child so we scrimped and saved up to pay for him to go to public school at Dulwich College. He played rugby for their team. He loved it there and they have never forgotten him.’

Darren Deslandes had a glowing future ahead of him — a tribute to his parents, who had strived so hard to give their children the very best upbringing. Read More

Bill Black's Handy Guide to Bankster Fraud, From 'Small Fraudulent Fry' to 'Septic Tank Scum'

The white collar criminologist calls out Bush and Obama for not prosecuting financial fraud and demands an end to the free pass for campaign contributors.

Sixty Minutes' December 11, 2011 interview of President Obama included a claim by Obama that, unfortunately, did not lead the interviewer to ask the obvious, essential follow-up questions.
“I can tell you, just from 40,000 feet, that some of the most damaging behavior on Wall Street, in some cases, some of the least ethical behavior on Wall Street, wasn't illegal.”

Obama did not explain what Wall Street behavior he found least ethical or what unethical Wall Street actions he believed was not illegal. It would have done the world (and Obama) a great service had he been asked these questions. He would not have given a coherent answer because his thinking on these issues has never been coherent. If he had to explain his position he, and the public, would recognize it was indefensible.

I offer the following scale of unethical banker behavior related to fraudulent mortgages and mortgage paper (principally collateralized debt obligations (CDOs)) that is illegal and deserved punishment. I write to prompt the rigorous analytical discussion that is essential to expose and end Obama and Bush’s “Presidential Amnesty for Contributors” (PAC) doctrine. The financial industry is the leading campaign contributor to both parties and those contributions come overwhelmingly from the wealthiest officers – the one-tenth of one percent that thrives by being parasites on the 99 percent. Journalist creates fake boarding pass and effortlessly slips by TSA screening

As you stand in endless lines this holiday season, here’s a comforting thought: all those security measures accomplish nothing, at enormous cost. That’s the conclusion of Charles C. Mann, who put the T.S.A. to the test with the help of one of America’s top security experts.

Not until I walked with Bruce Schneier toward the mass of people unloading their laptops did it occur to me that it might not be possible for us to hang around unnoticed near Reagan National Airport’s security line. Much as upscale restaurants hang mug shots of local food writers in their kitchens, I realized, the Transportation Security Administration might post photographs of Schneier, a 48-year-old cryptographer and security technologist who is probably its most relentless critic. In addition to writing books and articles, Schneier has a popular blog; a recent search for “TSA” in its archives elicited about 2,000 results, the vast majority of which refer to some aspect of the agency that he finds to be ineffective, invasive, incompetent, inexcusably costly, or all four.

As we came by the checkpoint line, Schneier described one of these aspects: the ease with which people can pass through airport security with fake boarding passes. First, scan an old boarding pass, he said—more loudly than necessary, it seemed to me. Alter it with Photoshop, then print the result with a laser printer. In his hand was an example, complete with the little squiggle the T.S.A. agent had drawn on it to indicate that it had been checked. “Feeling safer?” he asked.

Ten years ago, 19 men armed with utility knives hijacked four airplanes and within a few hours killed nearly 3,000 people. At a stroke, Americans were thrust into a menacing new world. “They are coming after us,” C.I.A. director George Tenet said of al-Qaeda. “They intend to strike this homeland again, and we better get about the business of putting the right structure in place as fast as we can.” Read More

Note; This evil scum arrived in the UK in 2009, no doubt they will be allowed to stay and the tax payer will of course foot the bill for them following their soft jail term.

What will they have learned from their Crime.....absolutely nothing

Maybe we should treat them like they would in their own country following such an evil attack.

I better shut up now before some human rights lawyer sues me for defamation of character on their behalf.

Soft justice slammed after magistrate gives thugs 'an early Christmas present' and postpones curfew so they can go to football match - 22nd Dec 2011

Karl Smith (right) and Jeffrey Burton, who beat a teenager up on a night out, have had their curfew relaxed so they can watch football.

Magistrates relaxed the curfews of two thugs so they could go to a football match ‘as an early Christmas present’.

Karl Smith and Jeffrey Burton had been ordered to stay at home between the hours of 9pm and 6am after they attacked a teenager outside a bar.

But their sentence was changed for one night so they could watch yesterday’s game between Newcastle United and West Bromwich Albion.

The court’s decision has angered victim support groups who described it as an ‘outrage’ and another example of ‘soft justice Britain’. Read More

Katie Ann Guttridge, 3, Attacked at Ratby Pre-School Nursery in Leicester by 2 Year old and Nothing is being Done about it!

The mother of a little girl who was beaten black and blue by an 'out-of-control' two-year-old at nursery has called for the child's expulsion.

Katie Ann Guttridge, aged three, sustained a bruised eye socket, scratches and three bite marks when she was attacked by her classmate during playtime at Ratby Pre-School Nursery in Leicester.

The little girl's mother, Clara Mackow, said her daughter was almost blinded in the attack and that her injuries were so bad that she was taken to hospital with a suspected broken eye socket.

Police were called in to investigate the assault but were powerless to act because the girl who attacked Katie is below the legal age of criminal responsibility - which in this country is 10 years old.

When confronted by journalists, the mother of the violent girl refused to discuss her child's behaviour, saying only: 'My daughter is two years old. I want nothing more to do with this.'

Now, parents are demanding the child - who has been dubbed 'Chucky' after the violent child-like doll in the horror film Child's Play - be removed from the nursery after she attacked 10 other children. Read More

EU orders Britain not to send asylum seekers back to Greece because the country is so broke..Why not send them One-way to Brussels then?

Britain has been stripped of its power to return asylum seekers to Greece - after a ruling by European judges.

The decision by the Luxembourg court risks plunging the entire European asylum system into chaos - and leaving border controls in this country hamstrung.

An immigration watchdog warned the ruling would open a ‘perfect back door into Britain’.

Under EU rules British officials can return asylum seekers to the first European country they set foot in.

But today the European Court of Justice said no-one should be returned to a country if it did not uphold their ‘fundamental rights’.

This means Britain cannot send asylum seekers back to Greece because its asylum system is such a mess.

The ruling also opens the door for claims against other countries on the grounds their asylum systems are not up to scratch. Read More

Incestuous man fathered daughter's sons Acquitted of Rape Charges

A court has convicted a 69-year-old man of incest, coercion and bodily harm against his daughter, with whom he fathered three children.

The daughter stayed silent for more than 30 years because she feared for her life after her father - whom she described as violent - said he would kill her if she spoke out.

German news agency dapd reported that the state court in the southern German city of Nuremberg sentenced the man, identified only as Adolf B, to two years and eight months in jail.

"Prosecutors had sought a 14-year sentence and convictions on 497 counts of alleged rape over 34 years, beginning when the daughter was 12," The Guardian reported.

"However, the presiding judge, Heydn Gunther, said there was insufficient evidence of violence to sustain the rape charges, and too many contradictions in the testimony of the daughter."

The court acquitted the man of rape charges, ruling that the sexual acts were consensual. Read More

Police Seek Victims Of Online Child Abuser - 21st Dec 2011

Police in the UK are trying to identify hundreds of young victims of an internet child abuser.

Children as young as 12 are thought to have been targeted by man arrested in Kuwait.

Many were forced to perform sex acts via web-cams after the suspect hacked into and controlled their social network site pages.

They were then threatened with exposure to their parents and friends if they refused more demands.

The Middle Eastern-born suspect, in his mid-20s, is thought to have been active since 2008.

Two victims are said to have attempted suicide after being targeted.

A spokeswoman for the UK's Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre (Ceop) said: "The offender's method has been to use an instant messenger service and pretend to be a friend of the targeted a victim.

"During subsequent conversations, the offender directed victims to an internet link. When clicking on this link, victims were asked to provide their e-mail account(s) and password(s), allowing the offender to take control of their login information. The offender was then able to take control of and hack of the victims' accounts, changing their passwords and security information.

"The offender would then inform the victims that their account had been hacked and they no longer had control of it. The offender continued the threats, saying that personal information about them would be sent to friends and family on the internet, unless they continued to perform sexual acts via the webcam." Victims are being urged to call an NSPCC helpline on 0800 614458.

Joshua Jones, 2, beaten to death by violent stepfather a month after police and social services hand him BACK to abusive parents - 21st Dec 2011

A toddler was beaten to death a month after he returned home to the parents whose abuse led to him being in hospital.

Two-year-old Joshua Jones, from Runcorn, Cheshire, died on November 6, 2007.

His mother’s boyfriend, Wayne Davenport, was jailed for six years in 2009 after he was convicted of manslaughter.

Davenport’s trial heard that he spent months punishing the toddler and unleashing a horrific catalogue of abuse on the boy.

Joshua’s mother, Nichola Bowman, was convicted of causing or allowing her son’s death and was given a suspended sentence.

Following a five-day inquest at Warrington Town Hall, the coroner for Cheshire, Nicholas Rheinberg, today recorded a verdict of unlawful killing.

He said Joshua's death 'probably would have been avoided' if Warrington and District General Hospital, Cheshire Police and Halton Borough Council had preventerd him from returning to an 'unsafe environment'.

He said: 'Joshua’s death probably would have been avoided if the three agencies concerned with his safety had taken steps which did not involve returning him to an unsafe environment.' Read More

HM Revenue Bending rules to do favours for Big Firms.....Only Applicable to Major Companies who want to be let off paying Multi-Million Pound Tax Bill

SO NOW EVEN OUR TAX OFFICE IS ON THE TAKE!, ANYONE LEFT NOT ON THE TAKE?

Tax bosses have been lambasted by MPs for bending rules to do favours for big firms at a cost of millions to the taxpayer - then hiding the details.

The public accounts committee warned millions more were at risk unless procedures were tightened and said senior officials should face punishment for a series of costly failures.

Its report called for safeguards to be put in place to avoid the impression that HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) enjoyed an "unduly cosy" relationship with major companies.

And the MPs demanded explanations as to why officials wrongly claimed they could not discuss deals with the committee and gave "imprecise, inconsistent and potentially misleading" answers.

Richard Murphy, founder of Tax Justice Network, told Sky News: "I think the MPs are right; there is very clear evidence that there has been a bias in the way that the tax system has been operated.

"Large companies have had a very cosy deal with the HMRC, but small businesses and individuals have had a bad deal in comparison to those. Read More

Tesco and BT among firms 'funding pirate sites with advertising'... but say they're in the dark about where ads appear

A staggering 83 major firms, including Tesco, British Telecom, British Gas and Vauxhall have been indirectly funding pirate film and TV websites through advertising, according to The Federation Against Copyright Theft (Fact).

The watchdog says that websites that allow internet users to download copyrighted material costs the movie and television industries in the UK £200million a year in lost revenue.

Fact has warned all of the firms that their advertising has been appearing on these sites, and therefore generating revenue for law-breakers, but they all argued it’s difficult knowing where ads will appear and do take them down once they’re aware of what’s happened.

Several of the firms, including BT, Tesco and Vauxhall, failed to respond to Fact, according to The Times. Read More
